Most of the condos at Crescent Beach are waterfront condos. Oceanfront condos are on the east side of the island and a few Intracoastal front condos to the west. Bella Mar, Tradewinds and Windjammer condos are both oceanfront and have docks on the Intracoastal.

About Crescent Beach Florida

Crescent Beach Florida is about six miles of beach located on Anastasia Island just south of St. Augustine Beach. The atmosphere is very laid back. Private homes, vacation rentals and condos are mixed throughout this small oceanfront community. The majority of the vacant land was developed during the real estate booms of the 70's and 80". The founding fathers were wise to put into place building restrictions that have kept Crescent Beach a pretty, safe and quiet place to visit and live.

On this web site, I have included areas that most people think of as Crescent Beach. They include Butlers Beach, Summer Haven and a few other condominiums between St. Augustine Beach and Summer Island. Crescent Beach is an area with lots of waterfront condos and very few commercial buildings. There are several beach access points and plenty of boat ramps at Crescent Beach. There are also two state parks in the area.

The real estate in this area tends to be a little more expensive than other areas of St. Augustine because a lot of the property is either ocean front or Intracoastal front.

I love Crescent Beach. It's in my blood. My name is Rick Ginn. For three generations, my family has lived in Crescent Beach. My grand father built one of the first oceanfront homes at Crescent Beach in 1918.
